End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OffsideMate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

OffsideMate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with this EULA.

3. User-Generated Content & Community Standards

3.1 Responsibility for Content: Users may create, upload, and share content within the App. You are solely responsible for the content you post. OffsideMate does not endorse, verify, or pre-screen user content.

3.2 Prohibited Content: By using OffsideMate, you agree NOT to post or share:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
• Pornographic, violent, or sexually explicit material.
• False information, impersonation, or deceptive content.
• Illegal activities, including drug use, weapons, or criminal behavior.
• Content violating copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property laws.

3.3 Moderation & Reporting:

• Filtering System: Objectionable content is automatically flagged and reviewed by our moderation team.
• User Reporting: Users can report inappropriate content or abusive behavior directly in the App.
• Blocking System: Users can block abusive users to prevent further interactions.
• 24-Hour Review: OffsideMate reviews and removes objectionable content within 24 hours and may suspend or ban violators.

3.4 Enforcement Actions: OffsideMate reserves the right to:

• Remove any content that violates this agreement.
• Suspend or terminate accounts of users violating community guidelines.
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement.

4. Privacy & Data Collection

OffsideMate collects only necessary user data to enhance platform functionality. Personal information is never shared or sold to third parties. Users have the right to modify or delete their data at any time.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Users can purchase digital content and subscriptions using only Apple’s in-app purchase system. No external payment methods are permitted. Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellations follow Apple’s App Store guidelines.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OffsideMate provides the App “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or content availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

OffsideMate is not responsible for user-generated content, lost data, or damages caused by unauthorized access. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violating this EULA or engaging in prohibited activities.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
